Scripts/Styles conditional loading

Hello!

Is there a way to disable certain scripts from being loaded?
Slick css and js load on every page, even if there is no slider.
Same with the frontend editing scripts.

We would like to fully disable the frontend editing (and its libraries) as well as all scripts that are not in use in certain pages or all pages.

Do you have any filters we can easily use and make conditional?
