Scripts to footer?

Hi there,

I’ve noticed that this plugin is putting scripts into the very top of the page code, before even the doctype declaration, and this is causing some things to break on my site. Is there a way to change where the script goes? Putting it in the footer would be great, but at the very least I need to move it down below doctype and into the head.

Suggestions?
