Scroll bar disappear when ever i want to create a post.

  • Please i seriously need a help here. when ever i want to scroll up or down within the creating post page, the scroll bar will just disappear. even when i try to scroll with external mouse it will still will not work out. I tried it with different PCs, still giving me the same problem. please help me out on how to go about this. thanks a lot.

    Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. If none are, keep all plugins deactivated and switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme to check whether it’s an issue with your theme.

    i just tried to deactivate all the plugin but the problem still persists. then i tried to switch to 2017 theme as you said. but the problem still persists. whats the other alternative pls.
