Scroll Bar does not appear in Blog Editor

  • When creating new Post in Editor mode I no longer see the scroll bar on the right for the text part of the blog to allow me to scroll up and down on the text page as I write the blog. The text also goes wider than the screen. BUT the scroll bar does appear in the categories field.

    BUT also the scroll bar DOES appear on previous posts, but not new ones. Frustrating.

    What changed you ask? I use an iMac and installed Lion 10.7.3 recently. Not sure if doing so affected anything.

    Note the screen option settings for the posts that DO have the scroll bar are the same as for new ones. I checked: “All in One SEO, Discussion, Author, Permalink Alias, Categories, Post Tags, and Featured Image.”

    What can I do to bring the scroll bar back?

    Solved the problem myself by accident. The scroll bar shows up automatically in the editor box when entering text will cause the page to scroll below the shown poriton.
