Scroll Box Won't Display

I am using your plugin for callouts on my web site. I was making them and testing them as I went to make sure it was ok. Everything was fine until I made that last one. The first few stopped working. I did some looking around and it only keeps the newest 5 scroll boxes. Which is fine in my opinion, but I need 8. Help / advice?
