Scroll delay / shaky scroll / not smooth

    Dear,

    When I scroll to a link, the scroll delays. It scrolls down 50px at a slow speed, then it speeds up a bit. So it’s not smooth but rather shaky.

    How can I fix this so that it scrolls smoothly to the anchor at the right speed immediately without that delay?
