    Could you send us a ticket in the helpdesk with a report in *.json format?
    You need go to the Pricing rules > Settings > Debug and turn on the “Show debug panel at bottom of the page” checkbox. Next, please, go to the cart and click “Get system report” – “Export all” in the debug bar.
