Scroll Not working

Hi!

I am using this plugin from long time. It is working fine in all other projects. But now its not at all working, may be the problem is with the theme or the way I am using it.
It will be very helpful if you guide me on this.
I want to use the plugin using the shortcodes and need to create my own custom menu and link it using the icons shown in the editor at top.
