Scroll not working on windows phones

    I have the same problem. My website https://inastena.ru/ works fine except Windows Mobile, I can not scroll down.
    I tried to disable all plug-ins , but it does not solve the problem.
    Anyone know how to fix it? Thank you in advance!

    I’ve tried on a fresh wordpress install and scroll is not working on windows phone.
    If I change my theme to Zerif Lite for example. It is working.

    So this thread is not solved ??

    Download latest version of jquery.nicescroll.js from :
    https://github.com/inuyaksa/jquery.nicescroll

    and replace the one in
    wp-content/themes/onepirate/js

    Current version is 3.6.7 (Feb 2016)
    Version in the theme 3.6.0 (Nov 2014)
