Scroll option not showing

I installed this plugin in my website https://sibeeshpassion.com/. But the scroll option is not showing. And I am getting the following error in the browser console. (index):122 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.scrollUp is not a function. Can you please check this? Thanks in advance.
