Scroll page button doesn’t work

    Hello,
    I installed the free version of the plugin, I created a gallery of about 30 images and put it on a page, with basic thumbnail display version .. I set 9 as max numbers of images per page, and 3 columns ..
    The gallery is displayed correctly .. 3 columns with 3 images x column .. but the images exceeding 9 are not displayed, although I can see the buttons for scrolling the pages at the bottom .. and if I don’t set a maximum number of images per page, it displays all of them creating a very long page … how can I view a basic number of images, but allowing scrolling of the pages?

    Hi @elmonarca77,

    The default images per page for Basic Thumbnails gallery display type is 24 and can be changed from “Gallery -> Gallery Settings -> Images per page”

    Can you please try to toggle ON or OFF “AJAX Pagination” from the same settings’ tab to see if this will change anything? The AJAX pagination will fail in case that there are any JS errors on the page.

    Yes, I setted default images per page correctly.. the problem is that I’d like to see in the page 9 images, sorted in 3 columns, but with the possibility to see others images sliding the pages… and the button “#2 page” doesn’t work, and in the same way when I click on one of the pics, I can slide only 9 images… how can I fix it.. can it depends from the free version?

    I tried to check the site, but I was not able to do so.
    I read the message “Il sito sarà presto online!”

    The lightbox effect will display visible images on the current page. If the pagination is not working correctly in your end, it’s probably due to an existing conflict.

    Let’s check the following:
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Hi and thanks again for the reply.. you were right.. I followed your suggestion.. and seems that there is a conflict with polylang plugin.. if I deactivate that plugin, all works normally… do you have idea how can I fix it?

    Hi @elmonarca77,

    We are not excluding that the AJAX pagination of Simple Lightbox may conflict with a specific Polylang setup where the page uses the language slug and which will prevent the AJAX pagination from correctly working. I would try to turn OFF the AJAX pagination from Basic Thumbnails gallery display settings to see if that will work with Polylang link constructions. Otherwise, you may need to look forward to use a different translation mechanism for Polylang that wouldn’t imply using language slugs for the pages.
