Scroll problem in admin and how to ban visitor

First of all, your plugin is wonderful !

I’d like to know how I can ban a visitor ? Is it possible to do it ? I see this functionality on plugin specs and a field to add IPs in admin.
But how can I ban directly a chat user? How can I know his IP?

Problem we have a scroll problem when on the admin panel of live chat. Scroll is blocked. We tested on several browsers, computers and this problem is only when we’re on the live chat admin panel (parameters, history,…)
