Scroll/Time Delay Won’t work

    I’ve tried setting the popup events to delay the pop up in two ways, but neither works:

    – Set event to “On load” and enter 5-10 seconds.
    – Set event to “On scroll” to different percentages.

    On both cases, the pop up still appears immediately on all pages.

    Am I missing something?

  • May be you have inserted the popup into your page? I have had this issue in the past. Try to use “Popup display rules” with your events and remove the shortcode from the page content. It works for me.

    Please, make sure to select the pages for your popup showing in the Display rules section of your popup options.
