Scroll to Android Mobile not working in accordion tabs

    Hello, I hope you doing ok, I would like your help please. Plugin works fine in pc, iPhone and iPad, but with Android mobiles I have some issues with sub-menu that links to #name-tab of accordions. If you could visit the sub-menus of “Asesoria a Grupos Familiares” / “Asesoria Corporativa” using an Android mobile please, with the other anchors the plugin works fine, but with the accordions it does not scroll to the tab requested. I will appreciate if you could share with me any solution. Thank you in advance, Cindy

    Hi,

    It seems that your submenu items (that point to the accordion) do not use “Page scroll to id” to scroll the page. They use the Elementor plugin script (...plugins/elementor/assets/js/frontend.min.js).

    The accordion tabs do not use an id attribute so “Page scroll to id” cannot work with them (they use the Elementor script with a custom function).

    You can confirm this by temporarily deactivating “Page scroll to id” and testing your page.

    Thank you @malihu ! I changed the theme, then deactivated the default menu, it fixed the issue on Android mobile !! thank you for your time and help, have a good day ?? . Cindy
