    Hi there,

On this site, in the Specialist Services grid partway down the page, the links (which are anchor URLs) are redirecting in such a way that it will show the correct URL in the browser window as it’s loading the new page, but then the ID will disappear off the end of the URL, so it won’t scroll, or even jump to the correct part of the page and just stays at the top. e.g. …/services/#block-18 will change to …/services/#

I have tried using different anchors that aren’t set up as a selector in the plugin, but that doesn’t work. The only thing that works is if I disable the Scroll to Location # function.

Is there any way to get around this? Ideally I need to keep the Scroll to Location # functionality for the menu. This did work until recently, so I’m not sure if it was a WordPress update or the plugin update that affected this.

Hope you can shed some light on this.

    Thanks,

    Sandra

    Hi,

I get an error in the console (Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #block-69/) when loading the page with the hash (#). It seems you have the following link (handled by the plugin):
    https://regalweb.staging.wpengine.com/services/#block-69/
Can you removed the last slash (/) as it’s not correct and try again?

    Hi,

Thanks so much that did the trick! The strange thing is that link was in the mobile menu and this was happening on the desktop as well.

    Cheers,
