• Hi, I recently got a new web hosting service, and after my website was moved the “scroll to top” button takes up half the page, and on every web page within my site. I toggled the “Enable scroll to top” button off, hit Publish and the button is still on my website, and it’s still huge. I would like to remove this button or to make it the right size. It’s set as size 15 in the settings but for some reason won’t be that size on the published website.

    How can I fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @eric777 ,

I inspected the code and saw that the size was 15 rem instead of 15 px. Refer to this screenshot, please. I am not sure either how you have rem as the unit instead of px as px is the only available option. This is probably because you are using the very old version of the Astra Pro plugin while you are using the latest version of the Astra theme. Please try either updating or disabling the Astra Pro plugin and see if it fixes the issue.

    Hope this helps!

i have the same problem, and i’ve had it across multiple sites. If you disable to scroll to top and the theme, the problem goes away, so its a problem in the add-on. I have also updated to 4.8.1 pro for the addon and the theme and still have the problem. Please help.
