    Hi, I’ve searched this forum but not seen the answer. For some reason the scroll to top icon does not show. Activated bottom right. I’ve tried 3rd party ones and it does show with the Ocean theme but I’d like the built in one to show.

    I can see the scroll to the top button is there, but it doesn’t have an icon: https://postimg.cc/KkGm58qW.

    There are a few potential reasons why the scroll to top icon might not be showing up there, so for troubleshooting please follow the steps below:

    1. Ensure that you set the icon for the button on WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > General Options > Scroll To Top: https://postimg.cc/hJFLvHyv.
    You can choose one of the available arrow icons there.

    2. It is possible you’ve disabled the icons for the whole of the site, so go ahead to Customizer > General Options > Performance and ensure theme icons’ assets are loading well: https://postimg.cc/mhGTjVq9

    Note: For example, if you enabled FontAwesome in the performance, you must enable the theme icon on Font Awesome. To do this, go to Customizer > General Options > Theme Icons: https://postimg.cc/LhTFTSjd.

    Note: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    Ah, thanks so much! Yes, I’d disabled Font Awesome. Which probably explains why other scroll to top plugins showed if they weren’t using Font Awesome. Thanks for your help!
