• Hi everyone,
Since WP’s 4.6 version, scroll tracking isn’t working anymore for my site.
Tried to debug it myself, no way to understand what’s happening. Everything seems to be fine at all. Looks like a javascript bug, as if JS wasn’t able to check the distance scrolled by the reader.

First event (article loaded) triggers fine,
Then, the next event (started reading) triggers when user has reached the end of the content …

No way to understand why. Here is a bit of my tracking settings :

    Track scrolling enabled,
    Debug mode enabled,
Time delay before location check : 100
    Minimum distance : 150
    content id : gtm_track
    Scroller time : 60

Tried to use differents content id, but it didn’t solve the problem.

If someone can check (https://www.jeanchristophewiart.com/analog-trip-to-berlin/) and tell me what the matter, I should be glad to here from him !

    See you,
    JC.

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting this.
I can see your site and that scroll tracking is not working as expected. I will need to investigate this further. I will keep you informed here.

    Thomas
