    Hi there, Gabriel!

    Finally decided to check out the premium functionalities and still not sure if I am using it to the full potential. However, for now I’d like to fix an issue with smooth scroll up plugin.

    After the upgrade it stopped working.
    I ‘ve added all the scripts of the plugin to all the exclusions list possible, and even when I deactivated all the functionalities of Asset Clean Up the Smooth Scroll Up appeared not to be working.
    I’ve spent three hours tweaking and testing all the different setting and I am giving up.

    Hope you can help to resolve this mystery (in the least techy matter possible :))

    ok I fixed it myself. However I have more questions and will be creating separate tickets for that. So far premium version of plugin doesn’t seem to be working for me ?? But I hope we can fix it ??

    and it’s me again… A couple of hours later my fix stopped working.

    So still need help with this one. to-top/public/js/to-top-public.js?ver=2.0 is loading but not appears on the site ??

    @mukopu3a I’ll go through the past messages you left and get back to you I understand switching hostings and installing a plugin didn’t help much (in fact you said it made things worse, which is surprising if you have chosen a better hosting which should at least improve the TTFB).

    It all depends on your website. If you’re not using a caching option (either from the hosting) or a plugin and you have one or more “sick” plugins, then your website will be slow at least when you’re using the Dashboard or you or your visitors are logged-in. Note that this support forum is for the Lite version only. If there are common issues, then sure, they can be posted here. I just want to make sure the www.ads-software.com posting guidelines are followed properly.

    Or time response from the server got reduced. But overall scores went down. And I do use the caching from the host – it’s pretty great. But I definitely need some help with advanced plugin settings.

    What’s the best way to address my questions if not here?
