Scroll whole page together and make unresponsive

  • Hi!
    I got a problem.
    I want to make my site unresponsive, it should hold 1200px width, I’ve tried to erase some code from header and make some changes in style.css but it didn’r work.

    2nd problem is that I want to scroll whole page together, I don’t want make “fluent” scrolling sidebar alone, content alone, I want to scroll them together (so sidebar should stay at is place on top of page).

    How can I do it? My eyes are bleeding from code…

    Ok, I found a solution for making sticky sidebar unsticky – I’ve erased some code from functions.js (ctrl+F “scroll”) and it works.
    But I still got a problem with resposive ??
    Also I got another problem with making 1 of my widget to be “sticked” on bottom of my sidebar….maybe custom class of this widget or making something with php/slug etc?
