Scrollbar issue

    Hello, so the theme itself is running nicely as far as I can tell. However, on my site, only on the front page there is no scroll bar on the right side. What adds to this is that the mouse scroll function only seems to work on google chrome and not browsers like safari and firefox.

    If this problem has already been resolved then I apologize in advance and if you can link the thread here so I can find it.
