Scrolling messages does not work

I am using the latest WiseChat version. And it turns out that scrolling of messages does not work at mouseover or or on click. Is it possible to enable that?

At the moment it only works when you move the scrolling bar with your mouse, but I would like it if it worked with the wheel on mouseover ar at least after a click on the widget.
