Scrooling not working (ASAP plz)

Dear,

I′m tryng to scrooll the pages into parallax after published my website.
On the mozilla firefox most times it works.
On the google never scrooll.
On safari too.

I′ve already try to disable all plugins and reenable it to verify if it can be caused by one plugin but doesn′t works.
I′ve try to clear the browser cache and not works.
(Not using a web proxy or firewall, simple adsl conection).
