Gracias

Hello @evamf17 – thanks for reaching out! We currently offer support in English. For now, I’ll be replying in English. Feel free to continue in English, or you can continue responding in your preferred language, and I will translate your message into Google Translate if you’d like. In the same way, you can also use Google Translate to translate my message into your preferred language.

I can see conversion for some videos are stuck so I’m checking with my team if we can resume conversion from our side. Due to weekends, it may take time to reply to you back, so in the meantime, could you please try one more workaround to see if that helps you?

The videos are not converted successfully. Could you please rename the file name of those videos to something else and try to upload videos one by one? Please upload the next video only once the previous one is successfully uploaded. Let us know how this went!

Hello @evamf17 – we tried re-transcoding some of the videos, but there is still issue with some other videos, so if the steps I mentioned here don’t help, please make sure your video follows the video recommendations we have mentioned here and if they don’t follow it, please use the HandBrake tool to convert the video to meet those recommendations.

    Hi there, @evamf17,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
