Search all directories and files possible?

Alright, I’m overworked and under-slept. Am I being a huge dummy about this and missing something?

When I try using the search, it will only find what is inside the active directory. Is there a way to have it search through all sub-directories to find files?

Thanks for any help, my brain is fried right now and I’m sure that I’m missing something simple.
