Search and Replace specific URLS

We have a client who has a habit of changing URLs for pages to try and optimise SEO.

There’s currently 100 pages where URL’s in text links / buttons need changing, but going through each page with elementor is a pain.

I’m well aware that traditional search and replace plugins will not work due to the nature of how data is stored. I’m also aware Elementor has a url replacement tool but that’s for changing the entire site, not specific URLS on specific pages.

How do I search and replace specific URLS with elementor?
