Hello, when I go to SEO – Search Appearance, I see nothing there. Just empty sections.

    How do you fix that?

I’m experiencing this issue also. All the tabs are blank. All other Yoast reports work as they should.

    Hi @openthebible

Could you check if your website is on the latest version of WordPress 5.9.2, Yoast SEO 18.4.1, and the latest version of your other plugins and themes?

If you were to go to your WP admin dashboard > SEO > Search Appearance, could you open your browser’s console and check for any JS errors?

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

@mikes41720 As you can see, I am not the only one expierencing this. Also, our developer has confirmed that this is your bug and has nothing to do with us.

We are using the latest version and there is no plugin conflict.

We received an email from WordPress about this tehnical issue of yours. I can send you the details via email if you would like me to.

    Thank you.

While we are in attempt to gather some more information about the cause of this error, would you be able to provide the error log information from your server? We want to see if there are any PHP errors recorded in the error log which might help us narrow down the cause. You may need to contact your hosting provider for this information.

Additionally, make sure that your setup meets the plugin requirements so would help us further narrow down the issue.

@suascat_wp Nope, can only provide what I mentioned.

    Hi @openthebible

Can you send the details of the specific error message that you received from the email from WordPress?

While we might still need to ask for the relevant PHP errors from the server log, it might be helpful to pinpoint exactly what is causing the issue.

Please also make sure you’re using the latest version of Yoast SEO 18.5, as well as meeting all of the necessary plugin requirements.
