Search bar in Navigation menu

  • I’m using ecommerce plugin with Goldcart upgrade. The search bars I have as a widget sucks, it doesn’t actually search for anything on my website. And the search bar for the goldcart is even worse. Anyone know how I can disable the search bar the one that comes with the Grid View. And also is there a way to put the search widget on the navigation menu?

    For your first question, really no clue, but that’s because I never used that plugin before. You might have better luck if you asked in the plugin’s forums, specially if this is a premium plugin.
    As for your second question, this article will show you how do it through a filter. A simpler way would consist of editing your header.php file and calling your search form right after wp_nav_menu, and style it through CSS.
