search bar not showing on the vendor list page

Hi,
- I use the shortcode [wcfm_stores] but the search bar (that supposed to be below the map) does not show at all.
The shorcode is the only element on this page. I tried to add has_search=”yes”, but it didn’t help.
2. On the same page there is a “Store List: Search” search widget, that does not work as well. (always returns – nothing found)
I need at least one of them to work. Please help.
