Search bar not sticking with the menu

I have the mystickymenu plugin installed, and the menu is sticky while scrolling through the website, but I have a search button in that menu that is a drop down search bar when clicked. While the button stays with the menu, the search bar does not remain sticky when displayed. How can I edit the code to keep the search bar together with the rest of the menu?
