  • Hey there ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

It seems searching for products on your site redirects to the shop page, correct?

Checking your site I am unable to replicate the issue as searching for a product redirects me to the product. In this case, I searched for “Hay Day” from the Shop page and it appears to be redirecting me to the single product page for that same product:

If this is happening with specific products, please can you share the product links with us here so that we can take a closer look.

In the meantime, can you please share a copy of you sites System Status Report which you can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status.

Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.

    Cheers!

some of the products are working but you can test with : Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Razer Gold, Garena Free Fire,

I have more than one product for those as per regions like, US, Global, Indonesia, Malaysia etc

    Hey, @devildad!

Thanks, I was able to see that those do redirect to the shop page.

Are you able to find any similarities between those products?

Can you please share some of their links so we can take a look?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hey, @devildad!

    Thanks for sharing the report.

You mentioned the products that are not showing on the search have multiple versions, right?

Does that mean you are using third-party plugins to customize them?

If you are, are all products you use third-party plugins on having the issue?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

No, I am not using any 3rd party plugins.

    Hello devildad

    Thank you for your reply.

After checking the Search page template on your site I found that it has an Elementor Widget for Products.

Please note that this widget will always show the same set of products and is not linked to the search keywords we enter.

To fix this, you will need to modify your Search page template and replace this Elementor Widget with the one that shows the results of the search query.

For more details you can contact Elementor Support or refer to this guide.

    I hope this helps. ??

    Best regards.
