Search bar to exclude a category?

    I want to make an option on my search on my site to exclude a certain category, is there anyway to do this? I’d rather it be something like a checkbox underneath that they could check if they wanted to exclude it, but I guess having a second search box would be an option as well.

    Im trying to use Advanced Category Excluder, but it seems like I can only either exclude it from the search or not ??

    I figured out what I can do, I just did this: <input type=”hidden” name=”cat” value=”101, 4,” /> and didnt put in the category I wanted to exclude.
