Search box for Home Page

Hi WP Job Manager Community, I’m seeking some help please on WP Job Manager to create a search box for the front page of my websites.

I would like to be able to just add the box for :

‘Job Title or Keyword’ and ‘Location’

to the front page of my site with a button to press to start the search and return the results.

A perfect example can be seen on Zip Recruiter and a not so nicely presented version on Indeed

In addition to the ‘Job Title or Keyword’ and ‘Location’ adding the ‘Category Filter’ too would be a bonus.

Can anyone suggest the code that may be used to achieve this result?
