  • Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you’ve run into an issue. I am happy to help with it.

I can’t inspect the issue directly as visiting your site shows an Error 522. Connection timed out.

Please fix it first. And let me know when you’ve done it.

How weird! I just check and the site seems to be working correctly at the moment ??

    Hi,

Perhaps you’re running a child theme or adding third party scripts that override the default search form. Con you confirm?

I’m not running a child theme but I’ve recently added the Autoptimize plugin so speed up the page load. Could it be the cause of the issue? Thks again!

    Hi,

Do you have additional CSS on your site? Perhaps it hides the search form. If you to, try temporarily put off all additional CSS and move it locally into your code editor program, leave empty on your site, save, and run your test.

Hi! I figured it out: turns out for some reason the php file on the search form was empty LOL, that’s why it wasn’t showing on the widget. I finally decided to have the search box on the navbar.

Now the weird thing is that on mobile the colapsable menu (hamburger menu) and neither the video widget, are working. But everything goes smoothly on desktop. :/

    Hi,

I checked your website’s source code on my web browser, it appears script compression and cache enabled.

Please try disabling script compression and flusing the cache to check whether they cause you this trouble or not. Before reloading your website, you may need to clear cache/history and restart your web browser first to prevent web browser loads the cached page.

    Let me know your views.

Once again, you were right! I’ve disabled the Javascript optimization option on the Autoptimize plugin and now the widget section and the burger menu on mobile are working correctly. Thanks again for your time and patience! ??

    Great! You’re welcome!

Please let us know in a new topic if you have any further questions, or if we can provide you with any other assistance.

    Regards,
    Kharis
