    Hi!

First of all, I really love your plugin! It’s the only capable plugin to produce a staff list like this. But anyways, I encounter some problems.

1st – I cannot get the search box to work. Code looks good, but maybe it is my WordPress version? The search box shows up, but when I enter something, nothing happens. Even when I create a submit button, it doesnt work (it submits nothing)

2nd – Some of my users have 2 phone numbers, do I have to create 2 entries for them or can I add a field called ‘2nd phone’?

    Thanks in advance! ??

    Hello emulink,

The search requires javascript to function properly. If your wordpress site experiences js faults earlier in the load, it may suppress js for the rest of the installed plugins (such as StaffList) and possibly the theme functions as well. You may try disabling all plugins and enable them one at a time until you have determined which of the plugins is causing the fault. Alternately, you can send us the site address through our contact form (www.era404.com) and we can assist in troubleshooting your issue.

Yes, the current version of StaffList supports custom columns. If you are running an older version of the plugin, you will need to update. These screenshots show the new feature for importing custom columns:

Thank you for your fast response and sorry for my late response. I used the XAMPP version with PHP version 7.0.8. Now I finally have it working, with XAMPP with PHP version 5.5.37. I know it should not make a difference concerning the javascript, but somehow it does. Will try later on to import the CSV file.

Thank you for your support ??

Hi emulink, there is a new version out.

    Hello Ere404,

I use the Stafflist plugin already a while.
And with the latest update, the search function isn’t working anymore ??

    I’m using an wampserver 3.03
I have changed already the php-versions, but this hasn’t any effect.
    Now I use 5.6.18
(I saw the comment above from somebody else)

    The search displays anything.
The plugin in admin mode is working fine (I can change the order of colums).

Thanks in advance for the help.
    kr,
    Frank

    Hello Videe,

StaffList requires javascript to lazy load the staff records. If there are any JS errors presented by your theme or any other plugins BEFORE this occurs, this plugin (and all javascript on the page after) will fault.

Please use the contact form on our site if you wish to submit your link in private, and we can help you troubleshoot the problems you’re experiencing.
