Search button locks

Hi!

Our search form started acting weird.

After one search, the button locks, so in order to modify the search parameters we need to refresh the page every time.

So in order the reproduce:

• go to https://www.effervescence-citoyenne.xyz/retrouver-une-activite/
• Type something in the bar and choose some dates
• the button is greyed out. Try anything, it wont work.
