search by last name not working

    I have the directory set up to search by last name but it will not pull up anyone. All other search options work. Any ideas?

    Hi cmikel,

    Sorry to hear you’re having problems with the last name search. I’ll need to see how the plugin is configured in order to assess the problem.

    On the DUD settings page, could you please set Debug Mode to “on” and then visit the page where the directory sits? It should print off some debug statements. If you could send those to me at [email protected], I’ll be happy to take a look.

    For those reading this thread later, I replied by email after reviewing her configuration:
