Search by Product Tags of Easy Digital Downloads

    Hi,
    I installed your plugin on a site with Easy Digital Downloads and around 4000 products.
    My goal was to have a research working within the product tags and categories.

    Unfortunately that’s not always working. With some search keys the research works, with other it doesn’t.

    What could be the causes of that? The size of the database (4000 products aren’t few, I know)? Or could it be something else?

    Hi Davide,

    So you mean that you have turned on taxonomy search and it is working for some term but not for all?
    Please let me know
    – The exact search keyword
    – The name of tag that is assigned to the post and you are expecting a match with
    – Status of posts e.g. publish/draft number of posts and the exact output on search results page.

    Hi,
    I guess I (almost) solved this..
    If I put a value in the “post per page” box the search works for all the terms, otherwise not. does this make sense?

    What’s the maximum number of posts per page? Do you have a pagination feature for the search results?

    Hi,

    No, That shouldn’t be in this way. Maximum number could be anything but you can set -1 to display all posts without pagination.
    Pagination feature comes with theme WPES has no control over pagination.
