Search ecommerce Wholesaler best Plug-In

hi I’m a wholesaler who want to show my product to any end user or future client only with MSRP (no buying possibility)

but I want to sale online direct at the dealers who need to create account and login to show dealers price and buy online with auto adding shipping price and quantity % off.

I want to make transaction by bank account automatically if possible or if the dealer don’t want, it have CreditCard paypal option with 1.5% extra fee.
