Search engine problem in Safari

    Good morning.

    We have a problem with the WeDocs search engine on the Safari browser.

    When typing in the search engine window, it gives a strange error and displays the home page. Normally there are some prompts or a loading icon in the search bar.

    On Chrome or Edge this problem does not occur. Only on Safari.

    We have version 2.1.0, the earlier version had the same problem. We have updated today with the hope that the problem can be resolved. Earlier versions worked fine on safari.

    We have the Shoptimizer theme installed, as well as the WordPress 6.4.2 versions

    Has anyone encountered this problem?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I just took a look at your site. It seems that the search function is working fine on the Safari browser as well. Please check this video.

    If the issue exists, there might be a caching issue on your site. Please clear the browser cache and it might work as expected.

    Please see what happens in the video, at exactly 1:12 on the Safari browser. An additional background appears in the search screen and you can see the homepage. It is clearly visible, this is the error in question.

    Thanks for the update.

    It seems that the search console and content popup area are not under weDocs feature. You are using a different plugin which is not rendering properly with weDocs. We have checked and didn’t find any issue with weDocs.
    Please contact our technical support for a deep investigation.
