Search Engine Visibility

Hi, I recently downloaded your plugin and all seems good, thanks! I have had a warning saying my Reading settings are checked so search engines are discouraged from indexing my site. I have unchecked this a couple of times and saved it but wondered if it was something to do with a plugin conflict?
