search engines list draft posts – is there a way to prevent this?

  • I’ve noted that Google searches my draft posts and lists them in their search results.
    Maybe I didn’t configure everything correctly, or is WordPress (1.52, btw) supposed to behave like this?

  • I’ve not seen this before, and I just searched for a post that has sat in draft status for a few weeks now – it’s not showing up.
    Are you future publishing it ?
