• I am not super tech savvy so it took me a while before I got around to installing a WP post rating system on my blog. Shortly afterwards (within a couple days) I got well over 500 ratings. I was blown away. Then I did a little further investigating (and statistics) on the ratings table. What I found was that the majority of my post ratings came from search engine clicks!

    Has anyone else had this problem? It makes me wonder if a lot of people’s blogs have been missed rated. Since the engines choose at random it will push the average rating towards 3 on a 1 to 5 scale.

    BTW – I had WP-PostRatings 1.0 installed.
