Search error

If you try to search for properties indicating sale status and desc_date e.g https://olitacase.it/?s=&property_status=sale&post_type=tm-property&properties_sort=desc_date there are 2 problems:
1 The results change every time
2 If you look at all the pages the properties repeats in my case on page 4 after 2 properties I found the same sequence as page 3
