Search exact blog post

  • Hello,
    Whenever I add the keyword in the search field, it doesn’t show the same post related to the keyword. However, it shows all the blog posts which I have created.
    Is there any way that only keyword-related post-show is in search results?

    Hi,

    Can you please add a relevant URL where I can take a look at this issue? Sounds like some sort of a misconfiguration, but I will have to check.

    We have the same problem on our website: https://www.iepp.es/blog/

    If you search for a term lie “tea” all our blog posts appear.

    Hi @m4rc0ss4

    You have a permalink issue, your search results page is redirected to the /blog/ URL, so actually any search query is directed to the blog page, and you see the latest blog entries instead.

    Check your .htaccess file as well as the permalink configuration, there is a misconfiguration somewhere.

    Thank you Wpdreams for getting back to me but I’m not using this plugin anymore. I’m using the WordPress search and successfully customize the search result page.
