I think Search & Filter Plugin does exactly what you need.

Please install it and try to use with the following shortcode in Text Widget:
[searchandfilter taxonomies="search,goods_category,goods_tag" types=",select,checkbox" headings=",Categories,Tags" add_search_param="1"]
