Search feature question

Hello. I tried reaching you via support form (broken) and email, [email protected] and have not received a response. We have a question regarding search results. When we search our channel on YouTube, we get different results than from the plugin. We are just wondering what may be causing this? i.e., [yourchannel user=”AUTELus” tag=”Tools” search=”KM100″ limit=”6″ own=”1″] Thank you for your time and we hope you are still supporting this great product.
