Hi and thank you for the plugin.

It works fine, expect that on mobiles it doesn’t allow users to edit a word inside the search field as the cursor can only be at the end of the terms on the search field. They can of course delete the terms and spell them again correctly, but it is a bit confusing.

I make a test by disabling the plugin and then the search field worked as expected.

If anyone have any suggestions please let me know. Thank you!

    ps. on desktops works fine

Hello, I’ve tested with the mobile, but seems working fine.
Please see the attached URL. I’ve recorded it as a movie.

Hi, thank you for your reply and your time!

I checked it on Android (Xiaomi – Firefox) and the issue remains. So, if you write by mistake “teest” and you click with your finger between the last “e” and “t” in order to delete the last “e”, the cursor doesn’t move there, instead it stays at the end of the word (after the last “t”), so you have to delete “est” and write again “st”.

Additionally after you do the search, the cursor goes at the far left (just before the first letter of the word on the search field), so it is not possible even to delete it at all (you can only refresh the page as a workaround).

Though, I just check it on Xiaomi on Chrome as well as on iPhone and it works fine. So Ι can confirm this issue only on Firefox on Xiaomi.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts of how to be resolved or what might be causing it.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello,
I’ve tested with Firefox and yes, if you use your finger to move the cursor, it is difficult because it becomes a long tap where the popup window for not copy test will appear.

Most of the browsers have some trouble with these kinds of occasions.
Therefore, smartphones have a cursor key on the keyboard in order to solve these problems.

In the video below, I’ve attached the scene using the cursor key to move the cursor instead of using fingers on the firefox browser.
