Search first few letter if whole word isn’t found

    Yes, but not automatically. Relevanssi can’t do something like this without permission; as a general rule, it would lead to confusing garbage results.

    If it’s just this case, the easiest solution is to

    a) make sure the KMT post mentions “KMTX”, “KMTN” and “KMTP” somewhere (that can be a hidden custom field), or

    b) make these words synonyms for KMT.
