Search for exact words only

I have a problem with how the search works.
When I do a search it returns results that include the exact term and also results that include the term in the word.

e.g. Searching for “red dress” returns products which have “red dress” and “embroidered dress” in the title.

I would like to change this behaviour as it includes lots of irrelevant results.

How do I set it up so it only includes results for the exact words?
